*The Aftermarket Logistics team is responsible for shipments of spare parts for all departments in the aftermarket, both 3rd party customers as well as inter-company customers worldwide.
*Take care of spare parts packages to new installations and service and repair. Aftermarket Logistics has 6 dedicated employees working closely with our warehouses, and towards sales departments across all business units
Duties and Responsibilities of Logistics Coordinator:
*Coordinate export shipments on behalf of national and global customers
*Planning and implement pickup of goods from global suppliers and deliver to warehouse and globally.
*Issuing shipment documents and export declarations
*3rd part logistics
*Multiple services and assistance on behalf of internal and external customers within the discipline.
*Various back-office tasks
Logistics Coordinator Qualifications:
*Background from shipping and logistics
*Knowledge of Incoterms
*Supply chain understanding, both theoretical and practical
*Experienced within customs declarations
*English oral and written language required
*Good computer skills
*Good knowledge of Norwegian language, at native or advanced level
*Experience with Import/Export customs regulations
*Hourly rate depends on qualifications and experience, standard OT compensation.
*Start date: ASAP.
*Duration : 6 months with possible extension. This is a replacement for a person on a long-term sick leave.
