Previous CNC Machine Control/Precision engineering exposure
Those candidates who understand the concept of tolerance; sources of and mitigations for vibrations and have used systems needing sub micrometre accuracy would be particularly desired.
It is also preferable that engineers are familiar with methods of fabrication specifically CNC Machining, 3D printing sheet metal work.
Those who can take responsibility for the design, development and testing of optical and electro/optical systems and are proficient ANSYS users will be ideally matched for this challenging contract position.
