Scrum Master and Agile Coaches, responsible for coaching 2 - 3 teams and member of a tribe coaching team. Secondary duties could include teaching and mentoring less experienced coaches.

Some screening requirements:
*Very, Very good communication skills. Clear, mature, speaks with confidence. This is very important!
*Expert level scrum skills. CMS & CSPO a must. A-CSM or CSP a strong plus.
*Solid coaching and mentoring skills. ICAgile Coaching or other professional coaching certifications a plus.
*Good teaching skills, good understanding of software lifecycle, (ex-developer, software tester, etc.)
*Technical & DevOps skills a plus.
