Context of the project

 You will work in an engineering team inside the IT department
 The team is composed by 3 functional analysts, 1 technical lead and 8 developers spread over several nationalities
 Team spirit is a must in my team to allow exchange of experience and solve complex issues.
 The application on which you will work is used to mainly support call center agents works, but also to support our sales partners and some others business flows
 We currently have 6000 users working on the application
 All documentation and meeting are in English

Areas of responsibility

Development and enhancement of PeopleSoft CRM and Sales components
Based on the functional analysts input participate with the technical lead in the estimation of the workload process.
Provide feedback in the functional design presentation
Write a technical design
Develop the project based on the technical design
Ensure the coherence of his/her development with the other team member
Debug and resolve issues within the existing components
Support interfaces and data integration using Integration Broker technology
Participate in release activities, assist in the planned installation and configuration of PeopleSoft software


 Good knowledge of the Data Model of all the CRM Modules (BORM Model / Case / Oppy / Lead / Task / Mail / 360 View of Customers / Consumer );
 Integration broker configuration;  Workflow Configuration across all modules ( Case / Lead / Oppy / Task );
 +/- 4 years experiences in the CRM module in a Call Centre area. Telecom is not mandatory but is an asset;  Object Oriented programming skills;
 Experience in writing App Engines with large data sets;
 very Strong background of Oracle PLSQL;  Oracle Database Performance and application tuning.

Non-technical skills

 English is mandatory. French and Dutch optional;
 Able to work fast and under pressure
 Analyse the requirement and discuss with our Analyst the best solution available.
 Good team spirit.

Personal Skills

Good written and verbal communication skills in English, knowledge of French or Dutch would be an asset
Good analytical skills, generate new and innovative approaches to solving problems
Being able to collaborate intensively with the team.
Ability to multitask and perform under pressure
