Service Description:
We are seeking an organized and detail-oriented PMO Professional to support two programs within the Asset Management department. In this role, you will be responsible for:
Supporting project management activities
Tracking progress and maintaining project documentation
Managing risks and ensuring alignment with project objectives and deadlines
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare and follow up on Steering Committee meetings
Ensure proper follow-up of initiatives under both programs
Enhance communication and coordination between Business, IT, and other departments
Consolidate monthly reporting
Maintain and update the roadmap for both programs
Track and challenge risks and issues
Monitor and assess milestone planning
Create and present materials on specific topics
Provide project guidance and support as needed
Develop roadmaps for particular topics or initiatives
Support change management activities
Requirements:
Experience: Minimum of 2 years in Project Management
Language Skills: Fluent in Dutch or French with strong knowledge of English
Skills:
Excellent communication and coordination abilities
Proactive and autonomous with the ability to meet deadlines
Strong risk identification and mitigation skills
Detail-oriented and well-organized
Result-driven and assertive
Additional Information:
Location: Monnoyer, Belgium
Work Regime: Full-time (100%)
Start Date: ASAP
Important: Non-EU candidates must meet the following criteria:
Hold a valid work permit to work in Belgium
Possess a residence permit confirming the right to live in Belgium
