I am currently working for a global organisation based in Reading who are looking for a Power BI Support Engineer on a 6 month initial contract who can help provide technical support to enterprise customers and partners.
You will be responsible for the following:
- Supporting Power BI
- Providing customer service support to customers via telephone, email and Skype in regard to finding solutions for technical problems.
- Be responsible for managing relationships with these customers.
- Participate in case triage meetings to share knowledge with other engineers and develop customer solutions.
You must have the following experience:
- Proficient with Power BI
- Power BI Gateway experience
- Power Apps/ or MS Flow experience
- 3+ years of in depth systems deployment, admin or technical support.
- Excellent customer service skills
This role is paying a daily rate of between £340 - £363.98 a depending on experience.
