Our client is recruiting for a Principle Facilities Management Project Engineer - Buildings & Construction / Facilities Management and Real Estate - for their Stevenage site.
This is for one new build (within the scientific / pharma sector) and some building refurbishments. Any experience of the build of clean rooms would be beneficial.
You will have excellent Stakeholder Management skills and will have experience of co-ordinating the design of building and infrastructure projects within FM, including construction, replacement and refurbishment works.
You will also have responsibility for the change and variation process control and will liaise with the Quantity Surveyors team to ensure compliance to their budget and also identify all project risks whilst managing the development and delivery of the mitigation plans to protect our client and ensure that all risks are on the Risk Register.
In addition to this, you will be great at managing the allocation of resources across a number of different sites and managing internal demand - together with the delivery of state of the art facilities whilst balancing financial targets and business critical deadlines to enable the projects are completed on time.
