Job Title: Project Manager - Branding, Communication, and Media Studio
Location: Brussels (Remote with 2 days onsite)

Job Summary
Our client, a leading company in the telecommunications sector, is seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Project Manager to oversee the execution of creative projects within their branding, communication, and media team. The Project Manager will play a pivotal role in coordinating between designers and internal stakeholders to ensure that all deliverables align with brand standards, are completed on schedule, and adhere to project requirements. This role requires strong organizational skills, expertise in digital asset management, and familiarity with project management tools.
Key Responsibilities
1. Project Coordination
Monitor the progress of multiple ongoing projects, ensuring timely updates and alignment with stakeholders.
Facilitate clear and consistent communication between designers and other team members to manage expectations and timelines.
2. File and Asset Management
Organize and maintain all project files, conducting regular checks to ensure accuracy and accessibility.
Manage digital asset organization within the Digital Asset Management (DAM) system to maintain streamlined workflows.
3. Branding and Compliance
Oversee branding application requests, ensuring alignment with company standards and guidelines.
Act as a quality control checkpoint to verify that projects meet brand expectations and internal requirements.
4. Tool Setup and Project Management
Set up and maintain project management tools (e.g., Monday.com, Wrike, Dropbox) to facilitate efficient project tracking and coordination.
Oversee tool functionality and assist team members with technical troubleshooting as needed.
Qualifications
Proven experience in project management within a creative, design, or marketing setting.
Fluency in English, with proficiency in Dutch and/or French.
Strong knowledge of project management tools (e.g., Monday.com, Wrike) and DAM systems like Bynder.
Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills, with an ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective cross-functional collaboration.
Familiarity with branding and design processes is a plus.
Ability to work independently, adapt to changing priorities, and meet deadlines.
