Main Duties and Responsibilities:
*Devise sampling procedures and tools for proactively or reactively picking up bugs and issues as well as recording and reporting quality data
*Plan, conduct and monitor testing to ensure quality standards are consistently met
*Document quality assurance activities
*Investigate customer complaints and non-conformance issues
*Collect and compile statistical quality data and reports for scorecard, analyse data to identify areas for improvement
*Develop, recommend and monitor corrective and preventive actions
*Identify training needs and organize training interventions to meet quality standards
*Evaluate findings and implement appropriate corrective actions
*Drafts, implements and reviews quality assurance policies and procedures to meet standards
*Assure ongoing compliance with quality and industry regulatory requirement
Qualifications
Education and Experience
*Relevant degree or certifications
*Quality inspection, auditing and testing experience
*Experience with implementation of corrective action programs in relevant industries
Technical Skills: (Certification, Licenses and Registration)
Strong computer skills including Microsoft Office, QA applications and databases
Language / Communication Skills:
*Attention to detail, problem solver with good analytical skills
*Excellent communicator
*Must have the right to live and work in the UK
