For our customer based in Brussels, we are looking for a Senior Business Analyst service Asset Referential.

Entity: Transformation Data Informatisation (TDI) - Business Analysts (TDI-BA)

Description:

In order to achieve the improvements in efficiency and quality, we need to improve our processes, digitize them extensively and use innovative technologies. Data and information play a crucial role in this. Our current asset referential systems cannot adequately support our future needs. Moreover, one of them has a technical end of life.
That is why we have started a program to replace the current asset referentials with a new set that covers our future needs. This roughly consists of 3 tracks:
*Physical equipments
This includes the technical and administrative data of the individual assets. In addition, the lifecycle must be managed, from order to disposal. The SAP PM module will most likely be an important part of this solution.
*Topology manager
The individual assets are interconnected to form a "net". The topology describes on the one hand the functions that exist within this network and that are fulfilled by one or more physical assets and on the other hand how these functions are interconnected. The same net can be represented as a topology in different ways, depending on the consumer of the information. We speak of the different views. Some need to know down to the finest granularity which physical assets are linked together. For example, others only need to know the impedances, short-circuit currents, etc. between 2 points, without knowing which assets are located between these points. The topology manager must be able to "aggregate" the equipments into the different views.
In addition, the topology manager must support the entire lifecycle from study to demolition.
*GIS
Geospatial functionalities are becoming increasingly important and will play a crucial role in the future. Our client wants to implement a GIS system, on the one hand a GIS referential system that includes the coordinates and, on the other hand, a GIS disclosure system that allows to visualize information and to perform geospatial analyzes.

We are looking for an experienced business analyst to work out the business requirements for the above 3 tracks.
