I am currently partnering with a client who are recruiting for a Service Delivery Analyst on a permanent basis for a role based in London.
This role will be responsible foe service level management, reviewing for supplier performance reports, identifying and highlighting potential productivity enhancements and coordinating resolution of incidents/complaints
If you have experience of SLAs/KPIs and are comfortable working with Data then this could your first step towards a career in Service/Service Delivery Management.
Ideally candidates will have some experience working in Service Management/Service Desk role and have intermediate Excel skills. Any experience with PowerBI would be highly desirable.
