My client, a pioneering medical devices company, is currently looking for a Systems Engineer to join on a permanent basis. As a Systems Engineer you'll contribute to the systems development programme covering all company products and ensuring full compliance with standards and regulations around medical devices.
Key Job Responsibilities for this position include:
*Help develop appropriate design solutions through mechanical, electronic and software design, prototype and experimental testing
*Analyse systems performance, subsystems and components to determine root cause of failures and formulate solutions to those identified problems
*Define and apply integration and verification testing to examine the performance of proposed functions to the specific products of the company
*Review, define and examine the system architecture of each of the specific company products
Qualifications / Requirements:
*Engineering or Science related degree educated
*Hands on system-level engineering experience, delivering mechanical, electronic or software designs for complex devices
*Understanding of risk management principles applied to the development of safety-critical systems
The ideal candidate must be highly proactive, and results focused with the ability to influence others within the team. They need to have a proven ability to achieve business' targets and possess strong technical problem-solving skill. A self-motivated individual who can work both individually and as part of a team.
