As the Senior Talent Acquisition manager you will develop, implement and maintain an overall talent acquisition strategy for Volts vision, business objectives and values. Important aspects here are implementing plans and process, striving for operational excellence and implementation of best practices within the TA domain. Building strong internal and external networks, and building pipelines of relevant candidates. Key responsibilities include: Creating talent pipelines, implementing a talent strategy and supporting key stakeholders in interview process. Implementing a direct sourcing model for all levels of recruitment Ensuring compliance with processes and quality procedures Who we are looking for: You are an experienced Talent Acquisition professional, with experience of dealing at all levels, across multiple sites. You are an active listener and able to communicate in a clear, precise and nuanced way You have good planning and organisation skills, know how to prioritise and multitask.
