DESCRIPTION OF THE DEPARTMENT

In this role, you will primarily perform the following tasks:

Managing and maintaining the quality of a database of plans (versions and metadata).
Management of construction files.
Searching for high voltage, low voltage and LA&S drawings in ProjectWise.
Manage contacts with external parties in ProjectWise, and take necessary actions: plan requests, verifications, comments, recurring plans, .....
Enter, modify and delete plans and manage metadata in ProjectWise.
Quality control of the metadata of plans obtained after completed projects and/or after redlining on station.
Follow up and take necessary actions when plans are sent to service centers.
Perform audits regarding classification in the missions.
With the team you belong to, you ensure that all parties involved respect the end-to-end processes for plan management (including: Plan Management, MAC, Engineering, Public Acceptance, Program Management) and you perform regular audits.
You write the processes, procedures and various communications (Jive, screens, mailings, ...).

SERVICE REQUIREMENTS

You have a bachelor's degree in a technical field (electrical/mechanical) or a similar degree through experience.
You have the necessary knowledge to understand a technical plan (cartridge, ...)
You are familiar with MS Office programs: Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.
You have a BA4 or BA5 certificate or are willing to follow this training.
You are willing to learn specific software.
You have excellent writing and organizational skills, are pragmatic and detail-oriented.
You have a good understanding of database management issues.
Technical knowledge of the company network is a plus.
Your best characteristics include team spirit, flexibility, positive attitude and communication skills.
Preferably you have a good knowledge of Dutch (speaking NL first language and FR second language. The company is bilingual, so emails are in both languages. You need to speak NL very well because the company and the colleagues are Flemish)
