I am currently partnering with a client who are looking to recruit a Technical Support Analyst to be based in Shannon, Ireland.
This will be working as part of an existing team providing BAU live application support for middleware file-transfer systems.
Duties will include:
Mantain technical quality of products - BAU and project change
Support Applications (Salesforce/Task Manager) & OS patching activity
Maintain group security standards
Product backlog execution working closely with Product Owners/Business Analysts
Execute configuration work on key systems
Execute root cause analysis and corrective action
