Based on site in Macclesfield (minimum 3 days per week onsite)
I am currently partnered with a Global Pharmaceutical client who are recruiting for a User Support Lead to join the their team. This role will be responsible for setting up a new user support function globally utilising Servicenow.
The successful candidate will initially discover the 'as-is' support processes that are currently in place and will then be responsible for designing the new support process, getting sign off, implementation of the service and being responsible for the smooth running of the service once launched.
